I get chronic headaches/migraines due to my neck and upper back problem with

arthritis and muscle spasms. Being in pain management has been a big help in

controlling my pain level.

Talk to your doctor about a referral! You shouldn't have to suffer. I know how

that can interfere with your whole life.

I took pool therapy. It helps some. However I did not have the option to

continue after my PT was done. I found that a heating pad works even better. I

use it when I have pain and before I exercise and after. I find that it helps

relax my muscles and reduce the pain during and after exercising. Stretching is

important to keep your muscles relaxed. Even if you can not do the full stretch

make the attempt.
