I am also Bi Polar, but until 2008 when my daughter moved out, I was usually

Manic more than depressed. Then I entered a DEEP depression. I also take

Lamectil. And like you, it has LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. I have taken other mood

stabilizers and anti-depressants, but this one has been a savior for me. I do

not care for talk therapy, but I also do not talk to my friends about

depression. It usually takes my daughter to notice when I was cycling, but now,

with this, I am staying at a really good, level area.
