You need to check for on call personnel so they can help you when your home

attendant is not there as you were writing about. It concerns me that the

support is not there if you have them on speed daily as that doesn't reflect the

resource is working. That was my main point. I have coordinated these services

for years in my job and then for my family and a friend so that is what I was

sharing from my experiences of making it work for you.
