Guest guest Posted February 24, 2011 Report Share Posted February 24, 2011 I've actually been drinking 2 ounces of cherry juice in my cherry koolaid throughout the day. I've notice that it's been helping some but I probably need to increase it or drink more to see if it'll help me more. The other juice that's supposed to be really good is apple for fibro fog and I really do notice a difference with that and I only do 2 ounces once a day.
