Guest guest
Hi all, I have been trying to get advice for work as today was the last straw for me although still working for them, I was attacked in work punched in the stomach just because of a football as they were naughty and not listen. So I took the ball off them so he hit me. My boss had to help me up and take me to my GP luckily 2 minutes from where I work and was seen in 30 minutes bare in mind I couldn't communicate must of been in shock as well it has been dealt with by the staff there hopefully got to return to work in the morning as accident forms has to be done. Who would be able to help me if it goes to a complaint. Who can we go to get the medical help with out seeing a General practitioner or A & E as they are all saying waiting times are sky high at present so the alternatives are seeing the pharmacists or phoning NHS direct Cymru (NHS Wales) but I'm I right in thinking that they can only give advice?? Patient Lesion Team, I contacted my patient lesion team in Cardiff and the vale but they will not interfere with another trust why would this be? is due to patient confidentially? Other information I found out today. If you are receipt of any disability allowance you can call your electricity company or gas company for example mine is swalec which is (South Wales electricity company they also do gas) and British gas, if you tell them they will reduce it by as much as 30 % so well worth phoning Last question, who do we go to for rental property's I have tried all the estate agents where I live so would it be worth to go to the council ?
