7. Review of strategies and modifications

Documentation

1. Monthly Data Consolidation and Preparing the Monthly Reports

2. Programme reports

3. Interim reports to the donor

4. Annual reports

5. Formats to collect field level data

6. GD/FGD reports

Programme monitoring and evaluation

1. Putting systems to monitoring and evaluation

2. Conducting micro researches

3. Human Resource Management

Human Resource Development

1. Trainings

Essential Qualification

MSW /MA in Sociology/Post Graduation in Health Science

Essential Work experience:
