Position Summary SAATHII's Hyderabad office has an immediate vacancy for Senior Finance and Administration Manager. For this position SAATHII is looking for an individual with intricate knowledge of Indian and international financial and tax laws, other legal aspects that govern the functioning of a Charitable Trust and Societies, FCRA regulations and filing, budget preparation and reporting, human resource management and training. The Senior Administration Manager with the help of Administration officer and Administrative Assistant will be responsible to render financial and administrative support to the Program Managers of SAATHII-Hyderabad projects. The responsibilities include: Oversight of all aspects of accounts and administration of SAATHII Hyderabad office. Monitoring of partner funding including; contract signing, timely release of funds, periodic auditing, review and feed back on quarterly and monthly reports among others Institution strengthening of project partners through training and supportive monitoring. Preparation of financial reports to the funders and head office.Ensuring observance of prescribed procedures for procurement of equipment and other consumables. Qualifications/Experience Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/Accountancy with at least eight years of NGO experience in financial management, of which five years should include grant management experience. CA-Inter and/or Post Graduate in Business Management would be an added advantage. Required Competencies Excellent written and oral communication in English. Excellent knowledge of TALLY.Sound computer skills (including use of Internet and Microsoft Office software).Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment, with demonstrated leadership, communication, networking and presentation capabilities. For this position SAATHII is looking for an individual with experience and knowledge in one or more areas including partner management (NGO/CBO), research and management information systems. This position requires a minimum of 15 days travel to the field every month and may require flexible schedule.The Responsibilities include: Program Planning along with other team members. Review and approval of partner grants along with other team members. Contract preparation and finalization. Program and financial monitoring of the APFCC partners. Capacity Building (Training, Technical Assistance and Mentorship)Strengthening of management information systems of APFCC partners. Design and implementation operational research to translate NACP III policy frame work on children into action. Support to volunteers and consultants of APFCC program. Other activities as required.
