Position Title: Consultant, Monitoring and Evaluation. (2 positions)

Catalyst Management Services (CMS) is a consulting firm in the development

sector that seeks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of organisations

working in development by providing management support services in the areas of

monitoring and evaluation, documentation and communication and research.

We are looking for people with interest and experience in the area of Monitoring

and Evaluation in the domain of Health (including HIV/AIDS)/Livelihood

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

The job profile includes:

· Execution of monitoring and evaluation assignments;

· Data analysis and report writing;

· Develop EOI and proposals;

· Manage human resources under her/ his direct supervision;

· Contribute to organisational learning and strategic planning

process;

Background:

PG in Social Sciences/ Rural Development or related streams.

2-5 years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation related assignments

Proficiency in English with a flair for creative writing.

Good communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of SPSS, MS office.

Compensation: Will be commensurate with experience.
