Oh, Val! I think you have it! I sent it with a blank, but after reading your

post, I'll bet it was " neontally " or however one would spell that. Will let

y'all know if QA responds. :)

I'm going to go spank my ear now. *g*

Word help - may be seizure related

X is a 3-3/4-month-old girl who presents today for followup of her seizures

and feeding. She is a baby who had a very rough start in life. Was

life-flighted down from X to X Hospital at birth. She had seizures s/l **neer

mailey** and then got RSV and hypoxia and again had seizures. Mom has not

noticed any seizure episodes since she has been on the Tegretol.

This might be a regular word or phrase. I just can't tell. :(

Rennie,

The only thing that comes to mind here is neonatal seizure, which are seizures

that occur shortly after birth.

I was thinking that, too, but just didn't answer as I thought I was wrong.

It came back from QA and was " neonatally. " Val was right! My ear was not

putting 2 + 2 together yesterday, I'm afraid.

Thanks for letting us know Rennie.

After spending a lot of time of some of these, even I DON'T post an answer,

it's a good learning experience to discover the correct word.
