I buy the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein at GNC, it is cheaper than

Atkins shake. Also someone suggested the Egg Protein as an alternative.

I hate to ask people to repeat things but I see something on here and

don't save it and then later I think about it and decide to try it. So I

have a few questions.

I saw that some of you have bought some cheaper alternatives to the

Atkins shake mix? Can you tell me again what they are? Particularly

things that can be bought at GNC. Someone mentioned Vegie Fuel is that

an alternative to the shake mix or the baking mix?

What do you add to your shake mix? I just bought some.

Someone mentioned Farmer's Cheese. How do you use that?

I found chocolate soda and now I can't remember what you mix it with?

And what about unsweetened cocoa? do you add that to the shake mix?

Does anyone have any suggestions for using the shake mix in a different

way, like making a dessert out of it or something.
