Does it matter what time meds are or missed doses

Hi all,Just wondering does it really matter what time I take my medications

everyday

I have completely forgotten some days that I am on them and need to take them I

have even brought a pill container with the days clearly marked on them and also

days,

I remember my asthma ones as they are left on my microwave in my kitchen,

Also another question,Can I take Co-codamol as well as Paracetamol as the pain

is off the scale yet again seems to be getting worst

the nausea has come back with extreme feeling to the point I have to physically

run to the toilet although not normally sick, it happens more when I am

travelling in the car the seat belt could not be more loser otherwise no point

me having one on,

I am also experiencing waken up at stupid o'clock in the morning and unable to

go to sleep again for example its now 22.18 and been wake since 3.30am and have

not slept yet.
