Bev,

didn't realize you were on Protein Power. sometime we should have a face

off - do our own study - the Atkins diet VS Protein Power. Give a

sufficient time period - say a month - and see which comes out ahead.

wonder who else in the challenge is doing Protein Power ? Perhaps we could

add that to our reports. I would love to know this ... logically, I think

Protein Power makes more sense for longer term WOL. But I wish I could know

for SURE.....

Good idea. I have to say though, that if I can't reach 159, 3 pounds, by the

end of September then I might have another problem, like a big stall!!

Some ppl subtract fiber from carbs to get more fiber

in there diet protien power follows this but atkins

doesn't It is a personal choice if you want to

combine these two plans.

Ya, I don't know either--I'm so new to Protein Power and never tried

Atkins--but I figured if I didn't lose weight on Protein Power I'd switch to

Atkins--they are both so similar.
