Guest guest
Is there anyone here who experiences the following: what about arthritis pain which " circulates " from one area of the body to another....one day, several days, a week, the ankles hurt (subtalar joint arthritis) but other areas are mild or non painful, then one day, the knees hurt bad, but the ankles are mild to non painful. Then maybe the hip joint on another day or week. I thought arthritis and systemic inflamation would affect all areas equally (and at the same time) but this experience is definitely not that. Anyone else experience this? Do you know of an explanation for it? I search and search sites and boards trying to find more to learn about arthritis and how to manage it/control it. I know it is a " universal " kind of ailment and that most doctors send people off with pain meds (usually NSAIDS). I also know and employ many of the " standard " suggestions (lose weight, stretch, mild joint movement, ice, heat, etc). But it is so frustrating. Anyway, any comments on the " cycling " pain part, or on anything you have done to lessen or relieve pains like this? Thanks, Ken
