Thanks for the help. Since I just found out I have a fibroid, it was

this newer book that caught my eye first. Has anyone compared

the two books who can comment on the differences.

Sorry I couldn't respond to your question sooner. I had minor ear surgery

yesterday and spent most of the day sleeping it off.

The book I read was " FIBROIDS The Complete Guide to Taking Charge of Your

Physical, Emotional, and Sexual well-Being " by Johanna Skilling Foreword by

Eileen Hoffman, M.D.

I hope this helps you. It was published 2 years ago but I think most of the

information is still valid.
