Guest guest
From what I read and I know it is true for me.. I never Had any problem sleeping but felt sometimes like I didn't rest all night.. But when I take the flexeril I feel a lot better in the am.. It is the deep REM sleep we don't get with fibro.. It is like something disturbs us when we get To that REM part of the sleep. Bet -- sleep You know, I don't have trouble with going to sleep as long as I take the xanax at night. But I will tell you, it doesn't matter how long I sleep I still wake up feeling like I have not slept a wink. And I know I did because my d/h tells me I was snoring. lol Strange, some of us can't get to sleep, some of us sleep more than most people, and none of us ever feel rested. On a good day, which is rare, I might have the first 4 or 5 hours that I don't feel completely exhausted. Guest guest
When I was still working, there were many days that I would get up shower and go back to bed until the last possible minute because my eyes were closing. I also had more than one experience of driving off the road. I was very lucky that all but one time was in really rural areas. One day in winter of 2006 I started to doze off when I was on the highway. Someone honked at me and I was able to get into a lane. I had crossed two already. I sure had an angel on my shoulders that day. Guest guest
I wonder if the Flexeril is ok to take with Lexapro? I could really use a GOOD nights sleep. sleep > > You know, I don't have trouble with going to sleep as long as I take the > xanax at night. Guest guest
I think so.. Lexapro is a different med.. Isnt it an anti Depressant and flexeril is a muscle relaxer.. But your doctor or pharmacist would know Hugs Bet -- Re: sleep I wonder if the Flexeril is ok to take with Lexapro? Guest guest
Sleep. what a wonderful word. sleep. sleep. I basically don't sleep more than 4 hours a night and I'm becoming a real bi**h about it. Oh well. I took Soma(muscle relaxer) while on Lexapro. I would call your pharmacy and ask. Guest guest
Hi Jane, Does Nyquil's Nightime have diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in them? I have frequent sinus problems also so may check in to Nyquil med when I am at the store tomorrow. Last night barely slept 4 hrs again which is becoming too common for me now. I took 100mg Benadryl before finally falling asleep after 3am. hugs, Debbie J > > I tend to have sinus problems and bought Nyquil's Nighttime capsules. Guest guest
I don't sleep well either. I take Trazodone and sometimes zanaflex. I had a sleep study last month and I was found to have mild sleep apnea. I also have low lung function and was just diagnosed with persistant asthma. I have an inhaler for morning and night . I am having another sleep study with the cpap machine at the end of the month. My doctor is insistant that I will feel so much better with using the CPAP machine. I hope so, because I haven't had a good night sleep in over 7 years. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better Heartthrob. Guest guest
That's good to know, thank you. I did go to the doc today and saw the Nurse Practioner who gave me scripts for generaic flrxeril and also Mobic along with a script for a walking cane and a suggestion to see a rheumie in a neighboring town. Guess we'll see what is next. Lou sleep >> >> You know, I don't have trouble with going to sleep as long as I take the >> xanax at night. Guest guest
Is Zanaflex a muscle relaxer? I just requested some online from my regular pharmacist where I get my tramadol. I read that a lot of fibro patients find that it helps them sleep... which is one of my hugest problems....... I requested some since SOMA is no longer " available " by online prescription in Texas. I would not know what to do without my online meds. Doctors make me feel like such a creep for getting refills when I am just trying to get by in life. I wish I could solve the Xanax supply problem.... drug abusers give a helpful medication such a bad name. I only take it as needed... but God forbid if I should ask my Dr. for it....... yeah I am trying to get high because its so much fun to be conked out. Drug addicts make things so hard for us who really are in pain. rgw Re: sleep I don't sleep well either. I take Trazodone and sometimes zanaflex. Guest guest
I have the computer by my bed, so I'm used to the monitors being on.though I close my laptop, the two monitors on the desktop are always on...but I also use the TV a lot as background sounds..the light doesn't bother me.
