Hi! Are you talking about gelatin or pudding? I think all the gelatins are

fat free, but I know not all the puddings are.

Hi '

Thought I might add that when you buy jello get the box that says it is fat

free and sugar free. On the back it shows 0 everything but sodium which is

3%. Sometimes it takes me awhile to sort through the jello to find just that

box.

LOL...I know exactly what you mean. My husband is the same way. I can send

him with a small list and it never fails...half the items aren't even close

to what I wrote down or needed. :o)

Marilyn,

You are right all the jellos are fat free, it is just that the box I buy has

it on it so I just wrote it down too. When I send my husband, I have to

write everything on the box or send the box. If not I could end up with a

box of each,LOL.
