Guest guest
Hey Rick It really " looks " worse than it is. The reason our kiddos get soo upset, is the holding, and the not knowing what is going on. It doesn't hurt them one bit. We had a bottle, and Willow's paci when we went, and it did help a little. Take whatever soothes Sam. I also think it would help if you hold him vs Mom. Willow barely cried when my husband held her.. Had it been me, she probably would have screamed down the building. Also, where are you located? What type of facilites / band options do you have there, and is it Hanger that uses the STARband, or will it be a private ortho. Sorry, I've kind of lost track the last few days. Sandy Willow's Mom Cranio Germany Grad http://www.geocities.com/samipa74/Willow_Lanette.html > I just got off the phone with the orthotist's office. It turns out the place that our doc referred us to does not use the Hanger band. Sam is going to casted for a Starband this Friday. I'm a little bit bummed out, because I know he is going to freak out during the casting process. He even cries when you put a shirt on him and it get caughts over his face for a second. I'm not happy about this casting process at all, but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do. > > Rick
