Wow a 2 hour visit to a psychologist! That seems so long unless you have to

give your whole life story to him. Even then I'm not sure I could talk for 2

hours. Will you please report back what you are asked or if you take an actual

test or what? Thanks.

Will do Becky. They even emailed me the packet of paper work to print and fill

out, so hopefully it will be a lot shorter than that.

My pain management doc referred me to him, and you know they love money, so I

can't see him trying to deny me anything.

My appointment is on the 22nd so I will update the group then.

A super nice lady called me from St. Jude medical(the neurostimulator people..a

volunteer) and she said she loves her stimulator. She said she walks about 3

miles a day. She is 69 years old and lives in Louisiana so the weather is good

there. The walking itself seems like a miracle to me. She said she gardens,

shops etc. I am leaning towards the trial to see if it can work for me. At least

I can try it out before letting a seurgeon get a hold of me.

From what the lady said when she called me to make the appointment, the

meeting with the psychologist will be about ½ hour….then there is some sort

of “testing” that will take between an hour and a half to two and a half

hours.
