The " history of chronic pain and blood pressure " ? I'm not familiar with

that. I do know that one of the ways my doctor can tell how bad my pain has

gotten is that my blood pressure becomes elevated. My BP usually runs

pretty low, so if it's even NORMAL for most people, my doc knows that I'm in

some serious pain.

I know that not everyone has the BP spike with pain, but it's a pretty

universal tell tale sign for doctors. If you have high BP already, then it

might not be as effective a tell, I suppose.but I'd love to hear about the

" history " that everyone is supposed to know

his nose you know where my fist would have been. I'm sure you know the story of

chronic pain and blood pressure.

Hello Colleen,

I share your frustration with pain and doctors. It is so hard to get them

to understand the pain and its effects, particularly since the pain is

ever present to some degree.

My doctor does more to raise my blood pressure than the pain via

his lackadaisical attitude.

I wish you the best and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

((Collen))) I will keep positive thoughts for you. I also want to thank you. I

had a good chuckle over that thought about you wanted to do to the doctor. So

glad I am not alone in thinking like that at times.

Lots of gentle hugs, Tami :)
