For those of you who have a stimulator, I have kind of a personal question and

that is, are you allowed to have sex? I assume the answer is no during the

trial and maybe they will tell me all this when I go in.

I mean it's not that I've got that problem now to worry about but I'm thinking

of maybe in the future if I want to. Sorry to be so blunt and personal and hope

I'm not offending anyone but I don't know anyone who has one to ask and everyone

in this group is so helpful, so thanks for answering if you know.

Becky,

Oh my girlie girl ! I know you are feeling better and in a much better place if

you are asking that question. Boy, if you are asking, I know that your Doctor

will work that out for you and you know there are many ways to adjust for that :

) I may be old but I have a good memory (Laughing and Smiling)

I am glad you asked and maybe I can make that a long term goal (or maybe a short

term goal ). Let me know what you find out. HA HA.

Yeah I finally got a date for my stimulator trial==June 8th. It's helping me

deal with the pain right now because my pain meds are just not cutting it.

I don't know if it's all the rain we've had or stress from work/home but this

last week I have been miserable. My mom fell and broke her hip and she lives

150 miles away. I just can't drive over there to assist. Most days I've been

in tears from my current pain. I know she must be lonely and confused (she is

84 and has some dementia).

I try to call her. Living with pain is a nightmare.
