Guest guest Posted September 8, 1999 Report Share Posted September 8, 1999 Hi all! Yesterday I ended up with 19 carbs in the day. I ate about 1600 calories. I was keeping track of that just to make sure I was eating enough. My fried chicken turned out yummy! All I did was add 1/2 t onion powder and 1/2 t garlic powder to the soy flour, I used about 1/2 a cup of soy flour and still have some left. I don't know how much that is in carbs. for 1/3 c of flour it is 8 carbs, so I fugured for 6 1/2 breasts it must be about 1 each. I put it in a zip lock bag and did it like shake and bake, except I fried it in some kind of oil mixture. The whole family liked it. I even have a breast left over for lunch today! Well, Today I am having a shake for breakfast and chicken for lunch and I am not sure about dinner yet. Good luck everyone!!
