Any suggestions or idea's ??? Maybe I should read the book again ?

How fast should I expect to feel and see some changes ?

Are we not eating enough ? too much ????

Anyone else have this problem in the beginning ?

Lori, do you have a book that lists the carb count? You may be going over

your 20 carbs a day. Write down all you eat and note the count, that really

helped me. Have you checked to see if you are in ketosis? It is possible

you are not eating enough or eating too much. That area is not clear to me.

Some say to eat 12x your body weight in calories some say to keep the

calories to below 1500. Who knows? We are all here to help each other and

tell what has helped or hindered us.
