Guest guest
Hello and good morning (here) Bill, I've been talking about that for years, every single time the weather changes well, so do I. I have weather related pain since I got hurt(1995). foggy day= extreme pain in the lumbar, pain all over when it changes from dry to wet to all " my " spinal regions, Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines to right in the toilet, lol. I've been using moist heat to TKO the thoracic & lumbar spines but can''t use it on my neck, I can only use ice there. As you may already know, the ice kills the nerve pain right away by freezing the nerve endings. Well take care and try to be as pain free as possible.
