Unfortunately, email doesn't allow us to see the other person, so sometimes we are misunderstood. Lyndi

Guest guest
, Thanks for that, anything I say here is not telling you or anyone else what to do, requesting something is going to prompt a response of someone telling you what to do as you say. Most members here have never had that problem or stated that they already have a doctor and you will follow their instructions. So, please don't zero in on me as it is not the way you state, so know anything I state here is NOT telling what anyone what to do. Your experience as a Moderator has nothing to do with this so please don't reference me on anything. I did not ask for the explanation and glad you could get that off your chest. The guidelines here also are that we don't ask for doctors in a specific area and if we do , you send it to a person e-mail. I have nicely done that for you, and hope it was not taken as what to do. If the guidelines of this membership has changed, then I publicly apologize to you and anything was taken as " telling you what to do " as the membership here has been one of never assuming that. So, I am sorry for sending you the e mails of doctors in El Paso of the requests you posted online. You asked, " Anyone know of pain management doctors in El Paso " , then my answer politically correct, " No, , I do not know of pain management doctors in El Paso but they are listed on the internet with reviews, there are six of them. So, to the headache specialists where you posted, " Does anyone know of any headache specialists in El Paso, the answer is No, I do not know of any doctors in El Paso who are headache specialists, but if you do an internet search (sixty seconds) there are two listed. So, I believe I have treated you as requested. Please retract any of my personal experiences with MS as I would not want to offend you in anyway about my experiences with Ms. I am not your medical specialists, nor want to be, but please don't zero in on me, I do not deserve it and I have been a member here a long time and the people here I am never taken aback by when they offer their opinions and some are medical, I say, this might work for me. So, I am personally asking you not to take offense as I am not your medical professional and you might want to ask your doctors for the information you are asking here You have been confusing as you ask questions but are offended by the answers, I will in the future not reply or suggest anything to you as I do not want to offend you and please, do not address me at all, anymore. Thank you for respecting me. Bennie > E. Guest guest
Bennie, First off, I am not the same who posted regarding doctors in El Paso. That was a different . Second off, I was not trying to make you--or anyone--feel uncomfortable or offend you--or anyone--in any way, but I apparently have done so anyway. I included your name in my salutation --in addition to everyone else, so I did not " zero in on " you--because you posted saying that you were confused. And when I posted my note regarding instructions versus advice and feedback, I was certainly not zeroing in on ANYBODY--at least, that was not my intention. Even though the questions I ask are medical in nature, the answers to them may or may not offend me, depending on how they are phrased. That is all I was getting at. Please note that my post was also cleared by a moderator before it was sent to the list, and she mentioned that in a post to the list. She also said that she thought I did an excellent job of explaining myself. She also renamed the post as " Clearing the Air " , which is what it was meant to do--it was NOT meant to offend anyone or hurt anyone's feelings, even though it apparently has. Bennie, I am terribly sorry for having offended you, as I certainly did not intend to. You are right, you have never instructed me to do anything. And what you said about MS was very helpful. I hope you understand that and that] I appreciate you and your contributions to the list, and to me. I hope you will continue to respond to my posts, and that you will accept my sincere apology. e.h.
