I agree a gift certificate to a store we all use (Walmarts) and then a card with

everyone's signature and personal message.

I always appreciate those who put something I had done so it was personal.

Also a message for the employee to contact you

anytime for emotional support or.

If she likes to be on the internet or type letters, a program that lets you

speak and it types for you would be a good one.
