Guest guest
Hi Group, New here. Bill Wiemann, US citizen (Minnesota) now living in Hof, Germany. Anyway, I remember my sister said she had Migraine headaches. This was about 12 years ago. I have not asked her recently about it. I did read once that drinking more water can help. Did anybody ever try that? And yes, drinking more water, or at least " enough, " is not as easy as it seems. Remember, if it is any way near being true, it could be that " results " of more water intake would not necessarily be seen in the short term. In other words, drinking a recommended amount of water daily could ease the headaches only after months of the increased water intake. I assume that most adults do not drink enough water, including me. I once heard that a doctor can look at a patient for the first time and right off the bat see that the patient does not drink enough water (or other qualified liquids). I also assume that not many doctors would tell someone that they are not ill, that they are just thirsty, right? Bill
