There are a lot of natural ways to get sleep. I finally turned to doctor though

and am on high doses of sleep/depression meds and they are the only thing that

helped me.

have you tried valerian root? it is a liquid you buy in health food stores. It

tastes awful, so squirt it under your tongue and have water available - no sugar

or caffeine drinks. It works well for me and none of the Rx sleep meds did.

This sounds really strange but it is a very old recipe for getting to sleep and

very natural. Take a teaspoon of dried catnip leaves put it in a tea ball and

make a tea out of it. It is from my great grandmother who had 13 kids. She even

used it on the kids who had bad nights to help them relax and fall asleep.

Another way is a cup of warm milk. It also helps to relax enough to fall

asleep.
