((((())))))) I know my husband had orthotics for his feet. They were just

custom inserts he had to put in whichever shoe he wore. they were prescribed

for his heel pain.

I went to a foot doc for occasional heel pain. Well this guy told me I need

cortisone injection (ouch that hurt and messed up my blood sugars) plus all this

treatment. I didn't go back after I noticed that everyone was getting the same

treatment.

He tried to get me to get orthotics too. However medicare does not cover the

cost and I didn't have the money.

Maybe orthotics is the beginning standard treatment for foot problems. Your

condition sounds a lot more complex. Something to consider.

Gentle hugs, Tami
