Kim-thanks so much for asking about the cancer check. As it happens,

Tues. (the day of my hsg) was the same day I found out that I need to

get another MRI because I have a lump in the same spot as my cancer.

The lump has been there for probably about 6 months or so, and I've

been getting checked every couple months as I always do, so Tues. she

said, " Well, how long since your last MRI?.......I think we should do

another because it IS a lump and it IS still there and not going

away. " So.........that MRI will be on June 19. But you know what,

as crazy as it sounds, my mom had to call me yest. and today to

remind me to schedule it...........the cancer seems to be taking the

back seat to the uterus!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your concern.....I know this is an AS board, and I

really try to keep the cancer thing to myself (mainly so my friends

and family don't FREAK out!), but it sure did feel good to vent!

Well, I truly hope that lump turns out to be nothing significant.

It's amazing how overpowering all this uterus stuff is ... that it can

keep your mind off cancer! Gads. Anyway, even though this is an AS

board, we do come to care about each other, and I hope you'll let us

know what you find out in a couple weeks.
