Where is Railway Concession for PLHAS?

Dear FORUM,

The Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav Announced the Railway

concession

But still we not yet get the railway concession politicians message

only not in the progress of work. Some of the patients coming from very long

place not getting any concessioin.

Then the hospital also no message regarding railway conscession for

AIDS Patients.

Kindly, somebody please take steps to get a railway concession as early as

possible
