I think it's not a stroke but " simply " muscle freezing, or what ever the term might be. Helena, I tend to sleep on the edge of the bed due to two dogs, a husband, and sometimes a cat. I find myself with my leg over the side of the bed and in the morning, I have the feeling you are talking about. There is a body pillow I used to use and I am going to find another one. It helped with fibro and also my leg cramps as it caused me to rest my muscles and prevent cramping.
