" Donna, My ovary cysts used to happen a week before my menstrual cycle began and the cysts ruptured, some stayed on there causing a fullness of bellyache. My doctor had me take Motrin a week before my period as it blocked the progestraglands which what cause the inflammatory process and pain from that. I always felt bad and like I had the flu. I remember lying down on my side with my legs drawn up to my chest in the back of my husband's sport's car feeling I was going to die and I had endometrosos also. I did not get better until I had my hysterectomy and medication was prescribed for it. I think that you might need to have a plan for when this occurs and maybe your Doctor can help you out with that and you have the right to call the ER or case manager back and request permission to be seen to rule out any other problems it might be.
