I recently bought some wondrously red beet powder, wanted to use it for

coloring cp soap. It didn't work for me LOL I'm wondering if anyone has ever

used it, successfully, and how did you use it?

Hi Deni,

Beet root powder will not hold it's color in CP soap.It will only turn

beige or brown..You can look at some herbs which will at my site.

It doesn't hold it's color but it's pretty, I think. It's sort of speckled

and is a nice, natural colorant. Turns the soap .... speckled

creamy-tan-sorta.
