Guest guest
I'm very lucky as i raised my daughter from a very young age to clean up after herself. When she could reach the counter i showed her to use the microwave, then a few yrs later we worked on using the stove (i have always had an electric stove) Now that she is an adult she helps me so much around the house, she is awesome! I was a single mom working 12 hrs night shift and going to college during the day, my daughter had to learn to cook or she would have starved. Whenever i'm in a relationship i make it clear i am NOT his mom! He will help out with household chores just like everyone else in the house. I've never had a problem i guess they knew i was serious. Maybe it's a generation thing. I told my daughter to always pick a man that is good to his mom BUT is NOT dependent upon her either.
