I have had the worst spine since i was 18y/o I am now 40 this year. I am

wondering if anyone out there tried using medical cannabis rather or with

morphine type drugs. If you are not you might want to give it a try.

I have been on morphine for 15 years. I have been using medical cannabis for a

year now. I have to say it helps. It is not a cure but it certainly without a

doubt helps me, I use it at night mostly I know there are people out there

against this but it helps me.

Not only does it take the edge off my 5 bad low back disc, nerve pain, it also

helps me sleep (very important for chronic pain people. We need to sleep well)

AND i have dropped from 400mg of extended release morphine to 180mg instant

release morphine all from using the cannabis. cannabis is a wonderful

herb/medication if used properly without abuse and with respect. BTW i do not

smoke it . I use it in a food form or sometimes i vaporize it (no smoke at all).

I use small amounts of cannabis 1-2 times daily.

I am very happy my doctor gave me the ok to try it..

Give it a try, with doctors ok of course

good luck

lou
