Check out the local YMCA and the programs they have for those on disabilities.

Also there is a national 211 number you can call that has local information for

assistance in different programs. Find a friend with a pool or apartment pool.

211 knows me on a first name basis. LOL. My physical therapists also have great

ideas. I am new to my area and need a lot of help learning where the help is

found.

From working in non-profits for years before my injury, I learned there are a

lot of people who donate to help people. Like us.
