Guest guest
The sooner you start the sooner you start losing weight. Wouldn't you like to be a few pounds lighter by Christmas? Phase 1 is not as hard as you might think. The choice of foods to enjoy is limited, compared with unlimited choices, but what you are allowed to eat is good, healthy and usually pretty tastey. You never need to be hungry; in fact, you are required to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning snack, afternoon snack, and dessert in the evening. And Phase 1 only lasts for 2 weeks. In Phase 2 you get to start adding other foods back in to your diet. I encourage you to start now instead of waiting. Read the book and then decide. We are here to help you. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@... North Bend, Oregon, USA > My name is and I'm new to the group.
