Pain Management; Back and Head?

Now am not sure what I will be doing

I went to pool therapy and now they want me to just do the exercises on my own

but i still have to pay to get into the pool place $2.00 a day and it is 30

miles away though too.

I don't know if it is the cost or the mileage that bothers me because if I don't

have either.

I can't do the therapy and I still wake up with either head pain or back pain.

I don' think my house would be standing if I take off for 2 weeks to take care

of myself. At one of the Headache clinics. Not sure if there is such a thing as

just a pain hospital?

My PCP doctor sent me to pool therapy and not sure if she would send me to a

pain clinic though.

I think I am afraid to ask her.

Hope everyone is doing well and trying to be pain free.
