I did alot of crying over having to band-but I found that the thought

was worse than the reality, and am so glad, without one single doubt,

that we did it. My son has torticollis too, and I went for a long

time feeling guilty and wondering what I could have done differently

to prevent it. I just try to focus my energy on recovery and

correction and move forward.

We live in polis. Without traffic it is only about an hour, but

with the beltway, it took as long as 3 hours sometimes. Yuck! I

comuted to Rockville for almost three years and honestly don't know

how I did it.
