I will post to the group after my appointment with the doctor Wednesday. I continue to do the stretches that I was given in PT a few weeks ago. Those stretches are now easy but other tight areas cropped up, and I do not know how to properly stretch those. I think my *new* tight areas were there all along and I did not notice them because the PT stretches were for areas that were even tighter.
