Present medications for this patient is s/l Asophex.

I can see in my spell check that there is a Asaphics, but I can't document this

word anywhere. The patient is healthy except for back pain (post lumbar

discectomy and basal cell resection).

Any clues?

That would be probably be Aciphex - for acid reflux - if it fits with the

patient's past history.
