I just made a batch yesterday (cheating my sick bed ~ I got bored!!) that is

lilac colored and is wonderful! I had about 8 oz of infused olive oil with

alkanet root and added that to my base oils when melting. It was tooooooooo

purple so I toned it down with titanium dioxide and today it's a lovely

lilac type of color.
