Ambien over time can alter the GABA receptors and cause body wide pain and

anxiety. Seroquel manufacturers have been hit with several multi-million dollar

law suits and lost. They found it can cause diabetes and was being used for

non-approved purposes. Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are the only approved

uses and it can cause permanent neurological disorders.

We need to be informed consumers and even more so when given poly-pharmacy.

Hi

I'm surprised the doctor is still prescribing Meloxicam (Mobic) for you.

Especially since the pain is so specific. For your pain conditions,

you would likely be much better off with taking one higher quality pain

medication (with a break though to have on hand). I highly recommend

seeing a good physiotherapist and learning new ways to cope with

bursitis and your other painful spots. A good physiotherapist is a

wonderful person to have in your life!

I have shoulder bursitis too. It sucks. However, with appropriate

exercises, cold packing, my regular pain medication, etc. I've been able

to ditch taking such dangerous drugs. These days, Aspirin is the only

NSAID I ever take. Most nights now, I can even roll over onto that

shoulder and not wake up! Rolling onto that shoulder used to send me

flying out of the bed.:-)

According to the coroner, Meloxicam was the deciding factor in my young

sister dying from a massive coronary.
