Ask to be put on a waiting list if any appointments are cancelled. You need to

call your Doctor and talk to the Nurse, you need to

follow your pain contract and most of us have them if you are with pain

specialist. Call the Doctor or if it is too bad go to ER. Sorry

I couldn't be more help. I take Benadryl to help me to sleep but I know I can

and it is over the counter.

Take warm baths or other things to distract or relieve pain. You should have a

sleep med so you can sleep.
