Good morning Cathie,

I,too have a shorter leg. Mine is short by a half an inch on the left side.

I've got a thick padding inside the shoe to even things up a bit.

I've have several herniations in each spine area's, the Cervical spine has

S3-4,S4-5, S5-6,AND S6-7. I also have L7-T1, T3-4, T5-6, T-8-9, T 9-10,

T-10-11,AND T-11,T 12 all herniated. And some of which are centrally herniated.

The lumbar has quite a few herniations too. L3-4,L4-L5 AND L5-S-1. Two other

herniations disapppeared some how. I use moist heat and a lot of ice to calm

down the pain from the spasms and the ice to kill the herniations pain. I mix

and match where the ice goes and to where the heat goes.

/New York state.
