Guest guest
Lyndi, You know there is a medication that reverses stroke symptoms and effects but you must get to the ER and get it administrated within the first hour. Please be aware of the stroke symptoms and get to the ER to prevent the stroke effects, Lyndi, as we care dearly for you. Thankfully for me, I did not get any lesions or plaque on my brain from the stroke/strokes I experiences, I think they were more TIA (Trans Ishemic Attacks) that happen before a stroke. Tia's symptoms are: What are the symptoms of a TIA? It's very important to recognize the warning signs of a TIA or stroke. The usual TIA symptoms are the same as those of stroke, only temporary: • Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body • Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding • Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes • Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination • Sudden, severe headache with no known cause This is really hard to do as sometimes you cannot know you are having these troubles or blame them on something else. With your headaches, I hope that you are able to differentiate so that you do not experience any more strokes Are you seeing a Neurologist that is following you for strokes and he has let you know about the medication that can be given at the ER within an hour ? My sister worked for a neurologist and was doing stroke studies and told me about it and had the stroke symptoms posted on the refrigerator at my Dad's so I know to do this now. Please let us know how you are doing , Lyndi and what you find out about the P-Stimulator. I have to find some way to get the pain to settle, or the neurologists (and my body) tell me, that it's going to kill me. > > >
