Guest guest
No, but please let me know how it goes and explain the process. I am knocking into the same problem with disability from a private carrier. Ellen-Hangin in Lori wrote: Has anyone filed a ERISA lawsuit or known anyone who has? Guest guest
Hi, you need to see your local CAB (citizens advice bureau) Here in the Uk we have a slightly different system so would be worth trying to find a CAB office failing that search the internet, If you are a UK resident you can go to Directgov.org.uk for more information, Regards, Ms Donna~Marie Hurst United Kingdom South Wales Lori wrote: Has anyone filed a ERISA lawsuit or known anyone who has? Lori, I have had my Doctor send a letter concerning my state of health and correct that Fibro is indeed a condition but I was awarded my disability because my inability to work due to functional assessments. If the Mayo Clinic accepts it as a disorder and Lymes is a infectious disorder seems an appeal is worthwhile with a disability lawyer and then the private insurance has to follow. My private disability insurance tried to state I had back problems before my auto accident and I had to prove I could stand after my surgery Aug and could not after Jan in my auto accident. Thank goodness one of my students had taken a picture of my standing at the blackboard writing out a lesson plan in front of students ! This was the only reason they accepted my appeal as it had a date and time stamp of late Sept that year, thus I was standing and teaching after my fusion surgery. It also won my insurance case. Lori, I do not know of an ERISA lawsuit but you can contact me privately if I can be of help of my experience. Bennie
