Guest guest Posted August 20, 1999 Report Share Posted August 20, 1999 HELLO ALL, Ok day 4 has passed...wt.loss 3lbs. im drinking my water.....i lost count yesterday...lol ..just kept sipping..had 2 boiled eggs and 3 strips of bacon for breakfast. Lunch i had 2 cups of ceaser salad.......for dinner i had 2 cups ceaser salad with chopped grilled chicken...yummmyy..brussel sprouts...(1 cup) and tea(sweet-n-low)...and i know i took in more than the 64oz......so how did i do. I also got multivit. and started them today Now for the biggie.....we are leaving for disney and will be gone all week-end...got any idead on trip food????I got the jerky and slim jims..on my groc.list...lol ALSO sue how do i change the amount of mail I get while im gone>>> huggs to you all and i wish you alll well kimber 185/182/150 by my B/D..../130 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
