Anyone file an ERISA suit in federal court for disability appeal?

Hi,

Private disability insurance wrongly classified my Fibro, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme

and related illness as a " Mental or Nervous Disorder " capping benefits at 24

months.

Has anyone filed a ERISA lawsuit or known anyone who has?

Anyone gotten their private disability insurance to correctly categorize the

illnesses I have?
