Guest guest
If you don't want to swallow potassium pills, sprinkle Nu-salt(salt substitute found in same place as regular salt) on one of your meals-1 tsp is 530mg potassium-it's a little bitter so go easy--plus overloading on potassium is dangerous-can cause your heart to go into some bad rhythms---too little potassium and too much are both dangerous. It's hard to say how much you should take in a day because it depends on your current blood level. Hope this isn't too confusing.
